Payment options

 

Already customer
When you already bought from us before, you can pay your order after despatch. We will send you our invoice by e-mail and ask you to pay within 14 days of receipt of this invoice.

 

New customer
If we are not able to trace your address (telephonebook or internet), we will ask you to pay -  for this first order - in advance.
In that case you will receive an e-mail from us as soon as possible, indicating the total amount (incl. shipping costs) and instructions on how to settle payment.
Your package will than be sent after receipt of your payment.

Any next orders can be payed after despatch, within 14 days after receipt of our invoice.
The invoice will be sent - on the day of despatch - by e-mail. Therefore, please ensure that the e-mail address you supply us with is correct and up to date.

 

Delivery outside Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

If your order should be delivered outside the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium, we will ask you to pay in advance.
In that case you will receive an e-mail from us as soon as possible, indicating the total amount (incl. shipping costs) and instructions on how to settle payment.
Your package will than be sent after receipt of your payment.
