Delivery time
We aim to despatch orders within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of your order.
If we are not able to trace your address (telephone book or internet) or if your order should be delivered outside the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium, we will ask you to pay in advance. Your package will then be sent after receipt of your payment.
Orders are sent by carrier and are normally delivered within 1 to 2 days of despatch for delivery to the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
For delivery outside these countries shipment will normally take up to 4 working days.
Article out of stock
Most of the trees and plants are nursed by ourselves, but we also sell products that we have to buy.
We intent to keep these items in stock.
But should it occur that some article is not available, shipment of your order could be postponed for a few days.
If we cannot fulfil your full order within a few days, we will dispatch items as and when they become available. You will not be charged any additional fee for this.

By late spring, you can still good fruit trees and berry plants.
If you plant now, it is still firmly in the spring and the plants grow better this year.
